Oral Presentation
Presentation time for ORAL presentation is 10 minutes + 5 min for questions from the audience.
You shall make your presentation in a timely manner. Kindly note that the time is usually followed the the conference Chairman.
All presentations have to be made in English

Only PowerPoint presentations on a CD-ROM/DVD or a USB Memory stick will be accepted.

Publication ethics
Authors
The Author declares that the manuscript is original and in its present form has not been published elsewhere in any form, that it has not been submitted to any journal/proceedings and that it will not be submitted to any other journal/proceedings, if it is accepted for publication in the GEOLINKS Conference Proceedings.
The Author is responsible for the research they have been done and for the results described in the paper.
The Author warrants that the article doesn't infringe upon any copyright, contains no libelous or otherwise unlawful statements, and does not otherwise infringe on the rights of others.
The Author transfers the copyright for this publication/article to the GEOLINKS Conferences.
The Author licenses to the Publisher the right to distribute the Article as a part of GEOLINKS Conference proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission
An abstract between 300 to 500 words, clearly summarising the arguments, should be submitted before deadline.
The preferred length of paper (including footnotes) is 5,000 words (maximum limit). In general, please confine your paper between 10-12 pages, everything included.
It is author's responsibility to ensure that all references and citations are correct, and that the contribution does not contain any material that infringes copyright, or is defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful or litigious. Please check GEOLINKS Tips.
Copyright in the article will remain jointly with the owner of the copyright and the Publisher. By submitting an article to the conference, the owner of the copyright grants the publisher with a license to publish the article. The author warrants that he is the owner of all rights of copyright in the article. Where the author subsequently publishes the article, the author is requested to acknowledge the article appeared in the conference proceedings.
The Author(s) will indemnify and defend the Publisher against any claim, demand or recovery against the Publisher by reason of any violation of any proprietary right or copyright, or because of any libellous or scandalous matter contained in the Manuscript.
The Publisher will have the right to edit the work for the original edition and for any revision, provided that the meaning of the text is not materially altered.

GEOLINKS is a scientific event and is part of Saima Consult Ltd with address Belia Kladenets 15, Sofia, 1616 Bulgaria. SAIMA Consult Ltd is located in Sofia, Bulgaria and is part of the Newspaper, Periodical, Book, and Directory Publishers Industry. SAIMA Consult Ltd is solely responsible for the events organization, scientific proceedings publication and all other conference activities for GEOLINKS International Conference on Earth Sciences and NORDSCI International Conference for Social Sciences.
A "customer" (or "you") is anyone registering for or making use of any service, provided by GEOLINKS, GEOLINKS Conference and/or GEOLINKS Proceedings.

This includes your computer's or digital device’s IP address, the type and version of browser and operating system you use, your internet domain and, if you visited via a link from another website, the URL of the linking page.

Way of collecting personal information
All the Personal information needed for your registration is being collected by filling Google Online Form. The information is collected, stored and secured by Google’s cloud services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets etc.
Another way of collecting information is by filling an online document, which is uploaded for download on GEOLINKS’s website. The information is stored again in Google’s services and it’s not being stored in any kind of hard copies, local servers or whatsoever.
This information is only obtained if you provide it voluntarily, through contacting us via e-mail, our online Registration Form or send us filled GEOLINKS Registration Form Template. Your personal information and linked personal information to your colleagues is used for the purposes of organizing the conference and post-conference tasks, also for administrative reasons and company tasks for growth and improvement.
Updating or deleting your information
Other than as expressly set out in this policy, we do not use any of your personally identifiable information (which is any information that identifies you or can be used to identify you) for advertising, and nor do we track or collect it other than as stated above so that we can provide you with our products or services. We also do not track or collect any of your sensitive information, which includes information such as your race, religion, ethnicity, and political opinion. Please note however that the collection, use, and disclosure of information by our business partners are described in their own privacy policies, and consequently may differ from GEOLINKS’s Privacy Policy. Applying for Committee Member
Independently from the registration, you can apply for becoming a GEOLINKS Committee Member. Both actions – registration and applying for committee membership are independent by one another and are not connected. As well as both actions are voluntary.
If you choose to apply for Committee Member, you’ll need to submit your CV together with the GEOLINKS Committee application form. GEOLINKS doesn’t have a specific requirements for the CV format, and the information added – this is solely user’s decision.
The applicant’s Name, Salutation and Organization/Company/University might be used in the website, e-mails to clients, partners or other organizations. The rest information from the submitted CV won’t be shared with third parties.
The received CVs and application forms on GEOLINKS email will be reviewed with strict policy, will be stored only on Google’s cloud services and can be edited or deleted anytime by user notification as explicit email to GEOLINKS at contact@geolinks.info . We have the obligation to reply on your request in 30 days period and confirm the deleted personal information.

A cookie is a small file, which is placed on your hard drive when you visit any of the Group's websites (directly or via our applications). We use information from cookies for purposes which may include:
