Oral Presentation
Presentation time for ORAL presentation is 10 minutes + 5 min for questions from the audience.
You shall make your presentation in a timely manner. Kindly note that the time is usually followed the the conference Chairman.

Publication ethics
Authors
The Author declares that the manuscript is original and in its present form has not been published elsewhere in any form, that it has not been submitted to any journal/proceedings and that it will not be submitted to any other journal/proceedings, if it is accepted for publication in the GEOLINKS Conference Proceedings.
The Author is responsible for the research they have been done and for the results described in the paper.
The Author warrants that the article doesn't infringe upon any copyright, contains no libelous or otherwise unlawful statements, and does not otherwise infringe on the rights of others.
The Author transfers the copyright for this publication/article to the GEOLINKS Conferences.
The Author licenses to the Publisher the right to distribute the Article as a part of GEOLINKS Conference proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission
An abstract between 300 to 500 words, clearly summarising the arguments, should be submitted before deadline.

Copyright in the article will remain jointly with the owner of the copyright and the Publisher. By submitting an article to the conference, the owner of the copyright grants the publisher with a license to publish the article. The author warrants that he is the owner of all rights of copyright in the article. Where the author subsequently publishes the article, the author is requested to acknowledge the article appeared in the conference proceedings.

The Author(s) will indemnify and defend the Publisher against any claim, demand or recovery against the Publisher by reason of any violation of any proprietary right or copyright, or because of any libellous or scandalous matter contained in the Manuscript.

GEOLINKS Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation
These Terms (the “Agreement”) are governing your attendance at and/or participation in a GEOLINKS Event (the “Event” and/or the “Organizer”) in any of its participation forms and/or publishing in GEOLINKS Conference’s Proceedings.
By registering for the Event, in all kind of its participation forms, you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between GEOLINKS and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
1. Event admission
1.1. Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be covered solely by you and the Organizer shall have not liability for such costs. Upon your wish you can register for the Leaders dinner which is payable as a surcharge fee to the conference participation fee.
1.2. Termination. You acknowledge that the Organizer reserves the right to request your removal from the Event if the Organizer, in its sole discretion, considers your presence and/or behavior to create a disruption or to hinder the Event and/or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or lecturers.
1.3. Media. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant the Organizer the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to the Organizer includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.
1.4. Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, time , social program and etc.
1.5. If unexpected circumstances prevents GEOLINKS for making the conference, the Organizer will transfer all the registrations to next GEOLINKS event with no cost for participation transferring. All participants will be informed via email.
1.6. Any of the participation forms can be closed or limited for registration at Organizer’s solely decision.
1.7. By registration for the Event for any of its participation forms, you declare that all the provided information is correct. In case of presenting incorrect information, you’re solely liable in the responsible courts.
2. Fee(s)
2.1. Author fees. Every author can decide on his form of participation to the conference. All participation forms are clearly indicating the included benefits, type of presenting the research and additional costs, upon registration. Learn more about the Participation Forms.
2.2. Payment. The payment of the applicable fee(s) for the Event is due upon the corresponding author is received Full paper approval letter. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the Organizer may refuse to admit you to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
2.3. Taxes. The fee(s) may be subject sales tax, value added tax, or any other taxes and duties, which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fee(s).

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Any request for cancellation should be sent in a written form by e-mail to the Organizer.
4.2. Cancellation request has to be confirmed by a responsible person from the Organizer.
4.3. If your cancellation is submitted within 10 calendar days from the date of your payment, but no later than 30 days before the start of the event then: There will be a 50% refund of the total amount; All refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account of the initial sender. Bank transfer fee and/or any additional fees should be covered by the sender.
4.4. If the cancellation request is submitted up to 30 days prior to the start of the event, the amount is unrefundable. However, substitutions (subject to availability) may be arranged at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
5. Hotel Booking Accommodation
5.1. GEOLINKS Conference offer accommodation at the conference venue. The rooms offered by GEOLINKS are single and double rooms.
5.2. All prices and additional information for the hotel booking accommodation can be found at https://www.geolinks.info/accomodation
5.3. You can cancel your hotel booking accommodation 30 days before the start day of the conference without any penalties and taxes.
5.4. In case hotel booking cancellation is received no later than 10 days before the conference start date there will be 20 % surcharged fee of the hotel booking accommodation fee.
5.5. Cancellation of hotel booking received in less than 10 days to the event are non- refundable.
6. Privacy policy
6.1. GEOLINKS Conference is part of Saima Consult Ltd and is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The Organizer operates a strict privacy policy, which is available at GEOLINKS’s web page www.geolinks.info, accessible anytime.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. By registering for the Event by any participation form, you agree to transfer the publishing rights to the Organizer. The Organizer have no liability of the material’s content and/or violation of third-party authorship or connected rights.
7.2. All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by the Organizer, its parent company Saima Consult Ltd. and/or the Event partners or lecturers presenting at the Event in any kind of participation form (oral or poster presentation). You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks (including without limitation “GEOLINKS”, "GEOLINKS Conference", "GEOLINKS Publishing" or "Saima Consult Ltd") or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of the Organizer.
7.3. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by GEOLINKS or grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of GEOLINKS, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Saima Consult Ltd. and its affiliates.
8. Warranties and limitation of liability
8.1. The Organizer gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event, the Published materials in Conference’s proceedings or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing this Agreement, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. GEOLINKS can’t accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event and/or any information provided at the Event and/or the submitted information in the registrant’s forms.
8.2. Other than to the extent required as a matter of law: (i) neither GEOLINKS nor its partners shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or the Conference Proceedings or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement.
8.3. The maximum aggregate liability of the Organizer for any claim in any way connected with therewith or this Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to the Event under this Agreement to attend the Event and/or the amount paid by you to the Organizer to join the Conference’s Proceedings.
8.4. The Organizer gives no warranties or have any responsibility for any kind of information content or information material, published in different than the Organizer’s official website. This may include but not limited to information in another websites, event calendars, scientific organizations.
9. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Organizer will try to provide at least 10 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Organizer’s sole discretion.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
10.2. All disputes arising from this agreement or relating to this agreement including disputed regarding its interpretation, performance or termination as well as disputes regarding voids in the agreement or its adaptation to new circumstances shall be resolved by the competent court in Sofia.
